With over two decades of experience spanning Indonesia and the Coral Triangle region, she translates science into practice through nationally adopted management effectiveness tools, including leading the enhancement of Indonesia's E-KKP3K evaluation tool into EVIKA 1.0 and EVIKA 2.0, conducting comparative analyses with the IUCN Green List Standard. Her expertise spans MPA governance, OECM development, capacity building for marine protected and conserved area managers and practitioners, project management, evidenced by leadership in conservation programs, the formulation of Indonesia's OECM criteria, and the creation of standardized curricula and competency standards for MPA personnel, implemented across Indonesia and the Coral Triangle countries. She supported the development of the Coral Triangle Initiative Capacity Building Roadmap and GESI strategy in line with RPOA 2.0. She’s been a member of the CTI Women Leaders Forum since its early inception. She developed training curricula and modules ranging from community-based coastal resource management to marine-managed area management effectiveness for the CT countries.
